Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D10B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,941 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D10B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Interleukin-34-mediated signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with TBC1D10B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D10B-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D10B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by TBC1D10B-low versus TBC1D10B-high in URINARY_TRACT.
