Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBC1D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLIF, PRAMEF18, and OR12D2. Each is linked with TBC1D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D1-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D1 results are reported.
