TAZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,193 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP1LC3P, RNU6-1318P, and IGHD6-19. Each is linked with TAZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAZ-to-partner and partner-to-TAZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP1LC3P grouped by TAZ-low versus TAZ-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
