TAX1BP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAX1BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,071 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAX1BP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AVL9, HIBADH, and NUDCD3. Each is linked with TAX1BP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAX1BP1-to-partner and partner-to-TAX1BP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAX1BP1 versus AVL9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAX1BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAX1BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
