Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAX1BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,287 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAX1BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HERPUD2, SNX13, and HIBADH. Each is linked with TAX1BP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAX1BP1-to-partner and partner-to-TAX1BP1 results are reported.
