Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAX1BP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 163 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAX1BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFN3, SH3GL2, and GRPEL1. Each is linked with TAX1BP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAX1BP1-to-partner and partner-to-TAX1BP1 results are reported.
