Across TCGA patient cohorts, TATDN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,308 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TATDN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR29B2CHG, MRPS14, and LRRC59. Each is linked with TATDN3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TATDN3-to-partner and partner-to-TATDN3 results are reported.
