TATDN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TATDN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,850 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TATDN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMCHD1, TADA3, and TOP2B. Each is linked with TATDN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TATDN2-to-partner and partner-to-TATDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TATDN2 versus SMCHD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TATDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TATDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
