TATDN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TATDN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TATDN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTLP18, HMGB3P23, and RNU6-1090P. Each is linked with TATDN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TATDN1-to-partner and partner-to-TATDN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTLP18 grouped by TATDN1-low versus TATDN1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TATDN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TATDN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
