TAT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAT protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,126 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI1_T337, RAP2A, and KIF27. Each is linked with TAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAT-to-partner and partner-to-TAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
