TAT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,173 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3JP1, PHF5A, and RNU6-1014P. Each is linked with TAT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAT-to-partner and partner-to-TAT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
