Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAT-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Notch1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with TAT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAT-to-partner and partner-to-TAT results are reported.
