Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,140 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are External encapsulating structure organization, Muscle organ development, and Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway. Each is linked with TAT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAT-to-partner and partner-to-TAT results are reported.
