Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAT-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,040 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAT-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, and Mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone. Each is linked with TAT-AS1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAT-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-TAT-AS1 results are reported.
