Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TASOR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,164 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TASOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MASTL, NCAPG, and HELLS. Each is linked with TASOR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TASOR2-to-partner and partner-to-TASOR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TASOR2 versus MASTL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TASOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TASOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
