TASOR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TASOR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,628 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TASOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRPEL1, FCGBP, and SLC25A1. Each is linked with TASOR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TASOR2-to-partner and partner-to-TASOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRPEL1 grouped by TASOR2-low versus TASOR2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TASOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TASOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
