TASOR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TASOR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,055 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TASOR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2D3, GOLGA6L6, and TRIM60. Each is linked with TASOR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TASOR2-to-partner and partner-to-TASOR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2D3 grouped by TASOR2-low versus TASOR2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TASOR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TASOR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
