TAS2R7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,792 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF2_S458, STEAP1, and CHAMP1. Each is linked with TAS2R7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R7-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R7 versus PHF2_S458 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
