TAS2R7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERAP2, SLA2, and ZC3H12B. Each is linked with TAS2R7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R7-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R7 versus ERAP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
