TAS2R7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,274 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R7-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P41, H2AB3, and ESS2. Each is linked with TAS2R7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R7-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P41 grouped by TAS2R7-low versus TAS2R7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
