Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3. Each is linked with TAS2R7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R7-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R7 results are reported.
