TAS2R60

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R60 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,768 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R60-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of neutrophil migration, Activation of protein kinase activity, and Positive regulation of mitophagy in response to mitochondrial depolarization. Each is linked with TAS2R60 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R60-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R60→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
