TAS2R5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,925 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEPCE, DNAJC1, and FOXK1. Each is linked with TAS2R5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R5-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R5 versus MEPCE in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
