TAS2R5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,487 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNHIT3, DAG1, and RIC8A. Each is linked with TAS2R5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R5-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT3 grouped by TAS2R5-low versus TAS2R5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
