Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,326 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium-dependent cell motility, mRNA splice site recognition, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with TAS2R5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R5-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R5 results are reported.
