TAS2R42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 948 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R42-associated genes across cancer lineages are GXYLT1P2, RNU4-45P, and OR2T5. Each is linked with TAS2R42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R42-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R42→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
