TAS2R39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R39-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAX4, FAM205C, and IRS4. Each is linked with TAS2R39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R39-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAX4 grouped by TAS2R39-low versus TAS2R39-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R39→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
