TAS2R31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R31-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDGF1P2, LINC01486, and MIR4494. Each is linked with TAS2R31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R31-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TDGF1P2 grouped by TAS2R31-low versus TAS2R31-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R31→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
