The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TAS2R30 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TAS2R30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and DLBC are the cancer types where TAS2R30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
