Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,897 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAS2R30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation, mRNA splice site recognition, and Protein polymerization. Each is linked with TAS2R30 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R30-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule nucleation grouped by TAS2R30-low versus TAS2R30-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
