TAS2R2P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,295 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPX2, PHF8_S804, and RIF1_S2176. Each is linked with TAS2R2P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R2P-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
