TAS2R13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,510 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP27, SPAG9, and PHF21A_T350. Each is linked with TAS2R13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R13-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
