TAS1R2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS1R2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,305 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS1R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP375, ANAPC15P2, and HTR3C. Each is linked with TAS1R2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS1R2-to-partner and partner-to-TAS1R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS1R2 versus RNA5SP375 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS1R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS1R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
