TAS1R2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS1R2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS1R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, WDR76, and MCM5. Each is linked with TAS1R2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS1R2-to-partner and partner-to-TAS1R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by TAS1R2-low versus TAS1R2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS1R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS1R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
