TAS1R2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS1R2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 184 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS1R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are XCL2, PPP1R2C, and MMP27. Each is linked with TAS1R2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS1R2-to-partner and partner-to-TAS1R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XCL2 grouped by TAS1R2-low versus TAS1R2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS1R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS1R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
