TAS1R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS1R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,526 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS1R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-527P, MRPL18, and SERAC1. Each is linked with TAS1R1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS1R1-to-partner and partner-to-TAS1R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-527P grouped by TAS1R1-low versus TAS1R1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS1R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS1R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
