TARS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,989 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, C1orf35, and PRCC. Each is linked with TARS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS2-to-partner and partner-to-TARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TARS2 versus RPRD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
