TARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM7, SH3GL2, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with TARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS1-to-partner and partner-to-TARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM7 grouped by TARS1-low versus TARS1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
