TARM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRX13P, MIR3157, and POTED. Each is linked with TARM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARM1-to-partner and partner-to-TARM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRX13P grouped by TARM1-low versus TARM1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
