TARDBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARDBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,679 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARDBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRNP200, SNW1, and SPEN_S727. Each is linked with TARDBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARDBP-to-partner and partner-to-TARDBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TARDBP versus SNRNP200 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARDBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARDBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
