Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARDBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,563 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TARDBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31E2P, MIR4500, and OR52P2P. Each is linked with TARDBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARDBP-to-partner and partner-to-TARDBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31E2P grouped by TARDBP-low versus TARDBP-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARDBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARDBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
