TARBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,025 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, PARP1, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with TARBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARBP1-to-partner and partner-to-TARBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TARBP1 versus RPRD2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
