TAPT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,446 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCGF3, DHX15, and SEPSECS. Each is linked with TAPT1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPT1-to-partner and partner-to-TAPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAPT1 versus PCGF3 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
