TAPT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,564 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA70D, C7orf77, and MIR3152. Each is linked with TAPT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPT1-to-partner and partner-to-TAPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA70D grouped by TAPT1-low versus TAPT1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
