TAPBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,585 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAPBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAP1, TAP2, and HLA-C. Each is linked with TAPBP in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPBP-to-partner and partner-to-TAPBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAPBP versus TAP1 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAPBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAPBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
