TAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,512 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-927P, RNU6-936P, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with TAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-927P grouped by TAP1-low versus TAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
