TAOK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAOK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,892 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAOK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSP90B1, PDIA6, and SELENOK. Each is linked with TAOK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAOK2-to-partner and partner-to-TAOK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAOK2 versus HSP90B1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAOK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAOK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
