TAOK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAOK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,060 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAOK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIRIP3, PRRT2, and DGKG. Each is linked with TAOK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAOK2-to-partner and partner-to-TAOK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAOK2 versus HIRIP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAOK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAOK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
