TAOK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAOK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,202 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAOK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, MCAT, and UFD1. Each is linked with TAOK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAOK2-to-partner and partner-to-TAOK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by TAOK2-low versus TAOK2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAOK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAOK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
