TANK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TANK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,930 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL21, MRPL22, and MRPL11. Each is linked with TANK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANK-to-partner and partner-to-TANK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TANK versus MRPL21 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TANK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TANK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
